1 Products & Ethical Sourcing
All Kussa Shea Bliss products are handcrafted using 100% pure raw unrefined shea butter, ethically sourced from old women cooperatives in Northern Ghana to support wealth creation and women empowerment. Formulations are blended with high-grade natural essential oils.
2 Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on our storefront are quoted in Ghana Cedi (GH₵ / GHS). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be processed at the exact price displayed at checkout.
3 Orders & Payment Processing
We accept payments via Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) and major debit/credit cards through secured payment providers (Paystack & Eganow). Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification.
4 Shipping & Global Delivery
Orders across Ghana are delivered via trusted courier services. International orders are dispatched worldwide via DHL Express or accredited logistics partners. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout.
5 Intellectual Property
All brand logos, product photography, text content, formulations, and website designs are the exclusive property of Kussa Shea Bliss (KSB). Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
