1 Return Eligibility & Period
You may request a return or product replacement within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging.
2 Damaged or Defective Items
If a package arrives damaged or unsealed during transit, please notify our customer support within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence. We will immediately dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
3 Refund Timelines
Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment account (Mobile Money or Debit/Credit Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
4 Return Shipping Fees
If a return is due to a defective product or fulfillment error by KSB, we cover all return shipping costs. For voluntary exchanges or preference changes, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5 Hygiene & Non-Returnables
Due to strict hygiene standards for personal care products, opened or partially used jars and bottles cannot be returned unless proven defective prior to opening.
